Usama's Picture Viewer was written a long time ago with two intentions in mind. First is to be able to preview pictures with speed and ease. Second is to be able to preview pictures tiled for web page development. The program allows you to browse the files on your computer and previews them for you. You can have a "Full Size" preview showing in a second window. At any time, the thumbnail preview could be clicked to see what the image would look like tiled. The program can also copy either the path of the picture to the clipboard or the actual picture itself for later use.
Currently, the program supports the following image formats: bitmap (.bmp) files, icon (.ico) files, cursor (.cur) files, run-length encoded (.rle) files, metafile (.wmf) files, enhanced metafiles (.emf), GIF (.gif) files, and JPEG (.jpg) files.
